The weather is so nice, now through March, that I would be a fool not to ride everyday. My knees have other ideas. I'm doing guad stretches ever morning--just two sets-- and it helps some. I could start doing more sets, and more throughout the day. Any other ideas from the peanut gallery? Something that works for you, or someone you know? I don't ride hard or fast, or (unfortunately)very far most of the time. So I just need a maintenance kind of program.
