That workout that last week I bonked, I had success with today. The 3x10min with 3u2o3u2o.
I'm surprised at the lactic feeling for that workout versus the HR. I'd expect the last set to get to low 180s. Nope. Only up to 175 or so on the last set. Interesting.
Each set was at 270w/300w. My old 20min # is 280w.
Still pee in the bucket to a lot of people, but I'm happy with where I'm getting to. It's fun to use it when I get the chance.
