At the same time, they posted a 15 MPH speed limit. Most pedal cyclists didn't exceed that, while nearly all electric bikers and skate boarders do.
I probably wouldn't ride my pedal bike on a path with such a low speed limit. At that w, the street is a better alternative for anyone actually using the path to get somewhere.
