dunno what the last guy did, but there was a V of brass in the bb down tube lug. maybe he cut that too. all of his splints were wonky too so theres that..... he didn't even cover them with any tubing to hide them, just gobs of brass and some red electrical tape
Just cleaning up my work today, and its not so bad... theres going to be some slight bends in it but I think it will align enough for a beater
