I'm not sure if the guy I got it from did it or not, he was a bit cagey about it. I would be embarrassed too. He stripped it for a Raleigh royale or something, which this is near identical to in terms of components

Needs some more tidying up around the lugs, but otherwise its alright considering. I have enough old bits to get it ridable left over from an old 10 speed, but realised I don't own a 20 pt bottom bracket tool. So it will have to wait till then. I just threw some parts on it to see how it looks. The joins seem strong, I cant get them to flex or creak or anything, and I actually just surfed it down the driveway like that to see how she rolls. It could be better than I had expected
