Last "on" week of Base 1 here before I take it easy next week. Here's what we're looking like:
M (today): 90 min on the TT bike with some time in-position at Fiesta (SST)
T: 4 hrs Z2, focusing on time in the saddle and some easy TSS
W: 1.5 hrs MTB or TT bike on the trainer
Th: off
F: off
S: 2 more hours on the TT bike, prob. 2x30'
Su: 6 hrs with 100+ miles bracketing the team training ride
