Is LWB recumbent popularity dying?” In my area I’d say yes. The last Portland Sunday Parkways I did this year I saw the local recumbent club people I used to be a member of now are now riding recumbent trikes and all but one had E-assist as well. There must have been close to ten of them all together climbing the Broadway Bridge.

hop I bought four recumbent bikes from and had them serviced at have new owners and a new name. They only sell recumbent trikes no two wheelers at all! I did see one used HP Grasshopper leaning on the side of the wall, when I ask about it the owners husband was there and said it was his personal bike. I asked if I could test ride it as it was just the bike I was looking to buy. I was told no rides but he could order me one if I wanted. He said “But again no test ride it’s my personal bike.” I said “thank you, you just saved me $3,590 dollars.” I have never been back.
