I went back to the gym after working out with my trainer in my little living room using a few dumbbells. The lack of weight progression was discouraging. At the gym I wear a heavy dust mask with an inner gasket, and a thinner mask on top. Ohio has its own Bubbas and Bubbetts.
My trainer seems a lot happier,too, as I can now say, "This is too light.".
