So...I am editing a draft of a lease and have come to the "force majeure" section. I am going to add "biological pandemic" to the non-exhaustive list of events.

It's actually a hot legal topic right now. For example, we are supposed to move to a building across the street by the end of April, when our lease expires. That may be impossible to do because of restrictions put in place due to the virus.
