I live in Oregon and know for certain that if you're riding your bike to get somewhere, you're probably near a forest or some rocky deserted desert slope. And those forests and slopes look mighty sweet for a tuber and a sheet, if you get my drift! Raw oatmeal in water for dinner and raw oatmeal in water for breakfast. Early to bed and early to rise.
