Same here. 5'8" (173cm) 160 pounds (72.6Kg) I wear a size Medium in my Moroccan made Castelli bib shorts and a Large in my Chinese made jersey and also a Large in my El Salvador jersey.
Then my winter jersey from Macau is a size XL.
