"I cannot say enough about my appreciation for the support given to my wife and family throughout this ordeal.*
'Thank you' *is wholy insufficient to express my feelings for friends, family and complete strangers *who really showed their compassion and caring in this time of need.*
As I've mentioned to anyone willing to listen, Heather has been nothing short of heroic through all of this. I'm extremely fortunate to have her on my side. However, she is the first to say she could not have kept a level, positive outlook without everyone's prayers and support.*
Needless to say, I wouldn't be here with out the*contributions of the doctors and nurses at Baylor Medical Center. And beyond all reason, I'm going to come out the other side relatively whole. Most of my injuries are healed or nearly so. I've got about another week and half of non-weight-bearing on my left hip and wearing a neck brace."
