Good eye. I suffer from left knee pain that fitting didn't eliminate. Run oversized pedals to allow foot placement changes and built my own swing crank for the left side. That knee hurts under regular flexion. Been doing some stabilizer muscle exercises and they are helping, but the crank arms keep the inflammation away. Without them, I'd hit mile 2 or 3 and really be miserable and unable to ride for 2-3 days after. Did 14 at the park, 23 total for that day alone. Only had minor issues after mile 12. Rode later that day with no pain.
