Im 5'10" and 201. I was 226 when I started riding again in June. Actually Late in June.
I got the bike in early June and looked at it for two weeks. That did not take off one ounce! I use the cycling to get in shape and for motivation. I give my self goals, Like I can buy this piece of cycling gear if I loose another 5 lbs. With me it was ice cream and TV that caused me to get overwieght. I 2 huge bone spurs in my shoulder, and it is close to useless, so my Doctor said cycling would probably work for me. He was so right, he usually is!
