My tinnitus goes from loud to louder, 24/7/365. Too many years exposed to jet engines at full power, gunfire, etc..........
sleep averages about 5-6 hours of hour or so naps, not good. Having planes flying around the world puts me on call 24/7, not a good scenario for decent sleep. Constant high pitch whine for I forget how many years. Good part is it is close to my wife’s voice pitch, gives me an excuse................LOL
