This BB is a Sugino Mighty MW-68. The Centurion site has a question mark. This one. VeloBase.com - Component: Sugino Mighty MW-68

Hollow Ni-Cr alloy spindle. The cups and bolts might be Ni-Cr as well.

Edit: The Sugino catalog lists the spindle as Cr-Mo steel and the cups as Ni-Cr steel. The crank bolts/washers and locking ring have a combined weight of 16g. They have no attraction to a magnet or any Sugino markings.
