Evening Commute - 11/18/19 42°F - Shifting was still seeming to work alright, but again it's below freezing I tend to get those issues. The "spongy" brakes I noticed on my morning commute turned into no brakes about two blocks from home. Fortunately that was just the rear brakes and I didn't have to fully Fred Flintstone all my stopping. Since I don't have a bleeder kit for Avid brakes, it looks like it's a run to the LBS for repairs. I suspect I ended up with air in the lines from when I was cleaning and lubing the chain over the weekend.
