Yup I can ride hundreds of miles and I don’t lose any weight. Doc wants me to drop 15 which is about right. Too much scientific evidence proving that weight training is the key. Added to cycling it should be good. I’m lucky I put on muscle fast so I’m motivated to get back into the Iron. Dusting off the equipment has been an adventure
