But sounds like you need the help of a LOCAL BIKE SHOP,,, they should be able to fit you..
If your set on 20" wheels, well we do mountain bikes in this section,, try a BMX section..
Plus 1. Sounds like a 27.5 hardtail would be a good fit for your needs. MTBS are largely thru axle and quick release makes removing the wheels pretty quick and easy.
