That fork looks like it fits well with that frame. Lots of tire clearance, and matching front and rear cantis.

Keep in mind, vintage 10-speed bikes and modern 10-speed bikes count the gears differently.

In the past, they multiplied the front and rear sprockets together, so 5 rear x 2 front = 10 speeds. 6 rear x 3 front = 18 speeds.

On modern bikes, they simply count the rear sprockets (7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, or perhaps 14). Then simply report whether the front is 1x, double, or triple.
