i tried to keep the burn blister intact, but i lanced it last night. the pain/pressure of having half a ping pong ball of puss sticking out of the ball of my foot was simply getting too intolerable.
the relief was instant. now the battle is to keep infection at bay.
the tissue is still way too tender and sensitive for me to attempt an 8 mile bike ride.
