I can't answer your question but Zeus catalogue 103 shows the Ref H4/02 14x15 wrench as "LLave plana" in Spanish or "plane key" in English. Google translate says llave plana is "flat wrench". There is also a Ref H8/01 14x13 llave plana.

FWIW, my friend used it as a pedal wrench.
