I purchased downtube decals for my ItalVega from Gus Salmon. I don't know how long I had them tucked away, but when I eventually tried to apply them, they curled up and cracked in the water. I purchased another pair and they sat for a couple years anyway. After a couple failed attempts to connect up with people having experience sticking decals to bike frames, I finally sucked it up and with a bit of help from my lovely wife, applied them successfully.
