1. What type of bikes do 50+ folks ride?
Trek DS3 with an FX6 coming in the near future.

2. Do you take any special supplements/vitamins/minerals as you have grown older?
Been taking supplements my whole life. I gobble down about 20 different ones daily
3. How much do you feel you have "slowed down" if any?
I'll be 70 in a week. I didn't really start noticing any meaningful slowing down until around 65 BUT I've been active just about my whole life. At 70 (almost) I need more breaks during a long ride (long for me) that includes steep hills. Flat ground doesn't much bother me. Now my knees are the issue.

4. How long have you been biking? New, around a while, biked all your life?
As a kid all the time. As an adult a lot until the 1990s and then got out of it until about a year ago.

5. What type of biking do you do? Long rides, touring, short rec rides.
Generally recreational / exercise rides around home (it's really hilly around here) and throw in MUPs (mostly rail/trails) going at a "smell the roses" pace with my wife.

6. How often do you bike? Your approximate annual mileage?
Three to four times a week I do around 25 mile per ride around home... March through around December. Add the rail/trail mileage and I'm probably in the 2500 miles a year range.
