Hello fat guys.
(This is NOT for those who are tall, such as 6'6" and built proportionately).
I'm 5-11 or 6-0 depending on how much I slouch.
In Feb. of 2004 I weighed 243 pounds... I bought a mountain bike, rode it like a madman for 10 months and by December I weighed 190. It just takes motivation, finding exercise you enjoy, and proper eating.
Now my weight has been steady at 165-170 for 4-5 months, I feel great, and my hill climbing is vastly improved.
Caffeine helps.
