We want to replace the hardwood we have, which is natural oak. When we bought the house we added hardwood to the bedroom, it was quite a process to get it installed right and stained to match, we ended up in the guest room for two months.
Replacing all the flooring means we have to move all our furniture...living room, dining room, Etc.
