Which seems, by their lights, to include Cannondale ("
Connecticut based Cannondale ... is owned by Canadian company Dorel Industries which is headquartered in Montreal,") and also Cervélo ("The company’s headquarters are in Toronto but it is now owned by Dutch conglomerate Pon Holdings,"). So, take the list for what it's worth, I guess.
