Both Kickr and Neo are apparently very quiet since they aren't belt drive, and they both are supposed to have pretty accurate "road feel." I think the Neo is considered more reliable, but my understanding is Kickr fixed the issues they were having when they rolled out their 2019 model. I'd go with whatever is cheaper.
