75 mile road race today. Mostly flat with rollers. Went in with a solid team plan for our three guys. Ended up putting one of em in the early break that lasted all day. He got second after a hard fought battle. I covered moves all day and got to go fast on flat pavement.
Also.. highly reccomend against riding on antelope island in the middle of spring. The bugs are awful. I've got a lot of bites and probably obtained countable numbers of grams of protein from my intake during the race.
