That would depend on whether you want the saddle rails to sit against the top clamp or have the bottom clamp support as much rail as possible.
+1 on a Cyrano seatpost. I have the R1 but basically the same clamp. Bike24 has a pretty great price R3 would be a step up from the R5. Not for weight weenies tho.
