I've finished 200's and one or two 300's feeling great -- usually / always fast rides -- fast for me, that is.

I've also finished 200's so exhausted I dreaded the the final miles of the ride, not to mention the 6 or 9 mile cycle-commute to get home.

I've finished two 600's knowing that I could have kept going for what felt like forever. I've also finished that same 600 course knowing that I was "done."

It all depends on circumstances of how the body felt and with whom I was riding and whether or not they needed "help."
