That’s not being enforced, I don’t think. 😉 This is from Huntington Beach, and in the distance is Santa Catalina Island. Didn’t that used to be unsainted, just plain old Catalina Island? 🤔
From Laguna Beach on is really crowded, for traffic, on the road, but the sidewalks & bike trails are even worse. Apparently, someone called Home Free, so now all the beaches are safe. 🤔🙄😉
