My two young boys are still in diapers. About half the time, I use modern cloth diapers. These require a sprayer nozzle on the toilet to clean before going into the washing machine.
It takes a little practice but it can easily be used on your own bum. Practice because if you aim at the hole and press the trigger all the way...
! It cost like $20 a couple years ago.
Anyway, my butt is cleaner than yours.
