Been fat most of my life
I'm a big guy...6'2" and 260 lbs-was 277, been doing Keto with mixed results. I have Cushing's disease that came close to zeroing me out in 1998. Had brain surgery to treat the problem. I thought it went away, but apparently the problem always comes back. Had a cortisol related heart attack 2 years ago. My dilemma is finding a road bike, where the tires won't flatten out from my weight. I currently have a hybrid bike that I am using 45c tires on them, so they can hold my weight up and the weight of whatever I am carrying in my panniers. Haven't rode in two years since I moved to my location. Looking to start again. Thanks for having me!
