Nope the only place I know that sells them is retrogression.
Yes there is a difference between VISP and leaders; leaders are lighter and the quality control for leader makes VISP's quality control a far cry. Proof is leader through their primary distribute coghouse, putting a whole bunch of leader frames with minor, I mean minor, hairline scratches/ chips in paint up on ebay as factory second frames for penny auctions.
