Many people don't realize it,but pressing against the nose of the seat is part of how you control the bike. A noseless seat may be ok for an upright cruiser, but not your bike. For $25 you can check Craigslist or maybe here: http://www.themountainbikeking.com/S...46_982402.aspx But honestly I would say save your money and put it towards a better bike.
