yes, zip tie for cadence computer.

I'm running 700x25 tires right now and i would like to keep them there, it has a 1 1/8 headtube and i happen to have a threadless headset and stem in my parts bin. I would probably just need the forks and spacers.

I've wanted to do this kind of conversion for awhile so that's pushing a bit as well. i don't mind spending 100 bucks on a new set of forks to make it happen.
