The women's race was so cool. van der Broek-Blaak is a domestique and her attack was only meant to test and hurt the other riders, but it stuck and she found herself out in front with one of the stars of women's racing. Just imagine that feeling - she's not supposed to be in that class, but somehow she had the strength to hang on and then win in the end. A great story.
