I have a LH shifter that's not an exact match (it does not have any part number only "Shimano Singapore and "PI" stamped on the brite plated (not black painted) steel clamp. It has a very similar plastic handle to the 200GS shown and is friction-only. Free for the cost of postage if you want it (PM me)
