Found the same plus a used towelette on a local MUT, 50 feet from a garbage can. I want to think they just forgot, but the number of discarded energy bar wrappers I see on a regular basis seem to indicate otherwise.

Unfortunately being active, and health conscious doesn't always equate being conscientious of others.
