Change to Velocity A23 and A23 OC. They are about $10 cheaper per rim and the off-center rear rim will serve you well in the future.

You might also think about DT Alpine III spokes instead of the Sapim. The Sapim Strongs have thicker heads, which is good, but they are straight from there to the rim. A triple butted spoke with a thinner middle section is actually stronger because they are more elastic. If you want to stick with Sapim, the Force is triple butted but they are 2.18mm instead of 2.3mm. That may not seem like much but strength increases as a cube of cross-sectional area so there are significant gains in that 1.2mm
