Electra, division of Trek, has nicely adorned and expensive cruisers, so if price is no object, that's what I would choose (although I've seen, but never ridden one). For much less expensive, but serviceable considerations look at bikesdirect. I built an electric cruiser for my daughter using their frame and was surprised by the price/quality ratio.
