Even if the City of Anaheim clears out the Katella Avenue region with the help of their police and maybe Sheriffs, the population will just shift to other areas where cities have less at stake.
It would be interesting if somebody had a drone with a high definition camera to comb the landscape of the SART from Huntington Beach to Green River.
Do this at selected intervals and monitor the population and movement.
