Never had a need problem before. I think it is my LCL and just walking isn’t pleasant. I’m not sure there is anything that can be done besides rest. I still work and move around ok but it hurts. My older neighbors said welcome to old age
. I think I hurt it climbing off my tractor in my heavy work shoes. I would go to the doc but that is a waste of time. I know how to take ibuprofen lol. Maybe a knee brace?
