This is a 1970, white with the three color band on the seatpost. It looks just like the '69 on Sheldon's page, but according the the serial # it's a '70. When I got it the frame, fork, and headset were the only original parts though. I have the 600 brakes on there, but the short reach may not work seeing as I have 700c instead of original spec 27" wheels.
thanks dancinmikeb for the additional information. i had the opportunity to use a pro just like yours for a week or so and it was fitted with mafac tiger centrepull brakes. it had a full sloping crown and no chrome. normal seat stay attachment. i recall its stem was an early 3ttt grand prix with a single allen. original tubular rims would have been weinmann wood filled.
