Good cyclist (just like good drivers) have the ability to look down the line and anticipate danger. Bad cyclist only react after the fact. when we as a Society wants to strip almost half of the issued driver license away from people that can't be responsible drivers. Then and only then do I think we can complain and take up your cause for E-bike responsibility.
