Assuming that this is a pre-1975 PX10 frame, having braze-on mods, and with a later, sloping-crown fork.

It would be interesting to measure the frame angles.
Pre-1972 frame would be about 72 degrees, while post-1972 frame would be about 75 degrees (for both ST and HT).

1972 frame would have plain lugs.

What dropouts at the fork tips?
