That's a good point. I'm not that great at "maths" in general...but I believe the prerequisite is just that the mode is whatever number is repeated the most. So if you had 22 and 22...then both would be the mode (22). I definitely could be wrong though.
That would be correct, but if the two values are different then you don't have a mode, then you have to rely on the mean.
