It seems like I used to have some 1mm or 1/2mm spacers around from some cassette applications. See if you can find one of those and try putting it behind your cassette. My bet is that'll fix your problem.

The cassette is not loose at all; it fits perfectly but , as I said, seems to show a buckle.
