Yea, been going on for some time here too.
I'm working from home and have canceled all of my PT appointments (I really don't need them anyway), and avoiding groups. Even at my age, I don't think I am at serious risk, but I think it is all part of reducing speed of the disease so the healthcare system isn't overwhelmed for people who really need it.
FWIW, I think it is prudent and a good idea. We'll see how it shakes out in the end.
Sure has been a bizarre 2020 for me. I've been socially isolated since January 9 and was just starting to get out.
